How can I budget in healthy into my diet when everything healthy is so expensive?

I find that it’s super hard to stay in budget while trying to eat a healthy diet.

We buy organic healthy options and spend way more than we should be spending.

I mean, let’s be honest, food that is healthier (a lot of times) costs double the amount.

In this case, I highly recommend you look at the money saving worksheets created by the amazing, Victoria, from A Modern Homestead.

Not only does she tell you how to save money but also eat healthy at the same time. What??!

Is that even possible?

I didn’t think so. But it is.

She was able to cut back her shopping from $1000 per month to $188 per month and they eat an ALL ORGANIC diet! Crazy huh?
