Ingredients

Step by step how to make the breakfast egg scramble recipe

Step 1

Chop all veggies needed for the recipe.

Step 2

Take the veggies and saute them in olive oil on a pan.

Step 3

Scramble the eggs on the side in a bowl.

Step 4

Add the salt and black pepper into the eggs.

Step 5

Once the veggies have been sauted in the olive oil for a few minutes, add the scrambled eggs into the veggie mix. Let it cook, mixing occasionally until the egg is fully cooked.

Step 6

Serve your breakfast egg scramble with a warmed tortilla or eat as is.

Tips for making the breakfast egg scramble

  • Saute over medium/low heat to avoid burning the eggs.
  • You may want to add the scrambled eggs into the veggie mix once the veggies have turned transparent in color(this will happen after you saute for a few minutes).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red pepper (chopped in tiny pieces)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped in tiny pieces)
  • 1 tsp salt (include less salt if you prefer a less-salty flavor)
  • 1 tisp black pepper
  • 8 eggs
  • olive oil for sauteing

Instructions

  1. Chop all the veggies you will need for the recipe.

  3. Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl.

  4. Add the salt and black pepper into the eggs and mix.
