      oh man! Picky kids are hard! You can try the quesadilla with only a small amount of beans to see if he/she will notice the difference to start out. Increase the amount if you start to notice he/she likes it! You can also try one of our healthy breakfast options: http://mommylair.com/category/breakfast-recipes/ . This way, he/she will be eating something super yummy but won’t realize they are getting so many nutrients hidden in each recipe, such as flax and whole wheat, protein…etc!
